TELEKOM Romania goes live

  • Our aim: to become the First Choice for Connected Life & Work;

Starting tomorrow, September 13th, 2014, one in every two Romanians who are currently using Romtelecom or COSMOTE Romania services will become Telekom Romania customers and the two companies will officially join the Telekom worldwide family.


Following a record breaking process for the adoption of the new brand, Telekom Romania Communications and Telekom Romania Mobile Communications will be represented commercially by the Telekom Romania brand using the tagline “EXPERIENTE IMPREUNA”.


Fully integrated products and services, designed to deliver “best in class” experiences for customers will be offered under the “T” trademark. Telekom Romania fully embraces the Telekom brand values of Innovation, Simplicity and Competence, by leveraging the full portfolio of existing technologies. 


Clear vision

The “Telekom” moment has been preceded by a sound strategy with the ambition to become the No.1 convergent telecom & entertainment services provider in Romania. As a result, Romania is a significant performance contributor in Europe’s segment of Deutsche Telekom Group.

Telekom Romania experience for the customers

Telekom Romania enters the market with a one-stop-shop philosophy and an innovative commercial concept. On a single bill, customers of Telekom Romania Communications S.A. will have 4 times unlimited communication and entertainment: for mobile and fixed broadband, mobile and fixed voice and also TV entertainment. In addition, all packages from Telekom Romania Communications S.A will include access to the new interactive Telekom TV, web and mobile services.


The new experience delivered by Telekom TV will include 3 unique benefits for unlimited entertainment: 1. multi-screen for everybody, regardless of device; 2. exclusive content for hundreds of hours of entertainment; 3. a personal TV experience, as Telekom TV gives customers full control of what and when they can watch their favourite program. The full benefits of Telekom TV will be available in the near future.


The Telekom One Stop Shop philosophy brings to the Romanian business community a unique experience adapted to every company and a unique contact point for all their communication needs: a complete portfolio of fixed and mobile solutions, applications and IT integrated solutions, plus the widest range of IT&C equipment. The Telekom brand enters the market as a reliable integrated services provider for business customers. Customers can enjoy the new Telekom brand experience and commercial offers via integrated fixed and mobile shops, a unified call-centre, one new website - - or via one social media presence starting Saturday, September 13th.
